Limited Power of Attorney by the submitter to SPARE the editor from having to view all 10 revisions to the same new entry or most recent attempt at editing... leaving only the last submission intact.
It would be nice. Not having logins for general submissions makes it
a bit harder, but maybe it can be done via setting a cookie. Stuart?
As it happens, it doesn't really cause a problem. As editor I go for the
most recent submission in a sequence with the same number. It has all
the previous versions in the history, and once it's approved, all the
predecessors vanish.
