Perhaps just a simple {taxon} tag is best. That could be applied to any biological group, including ones like opisthokonts that contain multiple 'kingdoms'.
I agree that a taxonomical tag is desireable. Perhaps any entry using latin to describe species, sub-species, genera, sub-genera, family, sub-family, order etc. etc. The added benefit would be to be able to quickly produce biological dictionaries on the fly. |
