Editorial policy

Greetings,

The list has been quiet for a while. I've been busy with other (but
related) things. Yesterday I rolled a big backlog of entries into
the main file (about 1250 entries went in.)

I want to welcome Scott to the list. Those of you who watch the
new/amend submissions will see that he is a regular contributor.

I have just been  updating the Editorial Policy page on the wiki:
http://www.edrdg.org/wiki/index.php/Editorial_policy and at the
same time moved in some of the wording from the page at
http://www.csse.monash.edu.au/~jwb/wwwnewwordexpl.html  It would
be good if regular contributors kept to the guidelines there, as it
saves me a lot of hand-editing.
