The wrong colour seems to be confined to the small number of kanji
(such as 國) which were added to the 人名用漢字 list relatively
recently. The bitmap table I use to detect the non-常用漢字 was made
before those additions were flagged in the KANJIDIC file.

I'll remake the tables once the Monash server is on the air again next
week.
