Japanese-Dutch dictionary added to WWWJDIC

Greetings,

Some may have noticed a Japanese-Dutch dictionary quietly
popping up in WWWJDIC a few days ago. Its presence is now
official, and I have added it to the User Guide.

The file is being scraped from a dictionary wiki running
the University of Kuleuven in Belgium. See:

The good people there are sending me EDICT-format versions
periodically.

The file on WWWJDIC has about 16,000 entries, but there are a
lot more than that on the wiki, and once some tagging issues
are sorted out I'll be getting a much bigger one.
