The "width 90%" may be a nice look, but it just doesn't quite fit vertically.

Maybe we can slim some things down.

1. Romaji check button - this can go down on the line below the keyword
textbox.

"Check this box if the keyword is romanized Japanese"
-> "Search using romanized Japanese"

ローマ字の場合にはチェックを入れてください。
-> ローマ字で日本語検索

2. Begin search button can go to the right of the keyword
textbox (minimum movement required to do basic search).

Begin search
-> Search

検索開始
-> 検索

3. Reset button can go to right of dictionary list.

Hopefully that would free up a bit of space.

You could also consider dropping _one_ of
"Enter the word (English, Japanese, French, etc.) you wish to find in
the selected dictionary file."
and "KEYWORD:"

The "Now supports Firefox, Mozilla, Safari, IE 5/6/7, Netscape 6/7,
Opera 7 and Galeon." bit can probably go on the separate page for
button generation.

However I would include the latest
"New: Revised headers, extra customization options (See details)"
line on the page.

In fact, make that
"New: Revised headers, extra customization options (See details and
other recent developments)"

and you could drop the
"Recent News about WWWJDIC developments"
line.
