WWWJDIC Customization

I have finally updated the customization process in WWWJDIC
so that when you go to the Customization Page, it is set
to your current settings - you don't have to go through
reselecting all the bits you are not changing.

Seems to be working OK. It is now "live" at Monash. and
mirrors will catch up.

The Customization Page looks a bit different, as it is being
generated by the WWWJDIC server itself instead of being
a static HTML file. I trimmed down the words a bit at the
front.

I also took the opportunity to drop generation of the
URL-style customization. It will still work (for now), but
will have to be generated by hand or by something else.
