I personally think that highlighting the searched keyword on a result page
is unnecessary and might even has adverse effect of reducing the
readability - but in autocomplete it is very helpful for a quick
scan/overview.

A care for content does not need to exclude improvements in design and
usability. Sometimes the design makes people use one dictionary over the
other.
