Seems to be working OK. I have tried it with the Japanese
linknames (the same cookie works) and they seem fine -
better actually. This version "saves" about 1cm of screen
space.

The logo on the right (when there is one) will be left-
justified when it goes live. It's over to the right now
because its name/setting come out of a control file at
the site, and it's set up for the current version.

Please try it before it goes live. Now is the chance for
final feedback.
