I have avoided doing that in the interests of constraining the number of
characters being sent out in each page. Instead I put the information once
at the top of the page. There are from 4 to 20+ links at the end of each
displayed entry, which would add up to a lot __title="..."__ strings.
I still like the idea of keeping WWWJDIC reasonably light. It helps the speed.
