1. I don't think people are reading the submission guidelines.
Maybe make the link stand out a bit more, like the one in the
New Entry submission form. (The one with :
Important advice for people using this form for the first time)
2. "no particular format is mandated, but for ease of reading put
the Japanese and English sentences on separate lines."
that's probably the least important bit, so it can go last on the page.
3. "please note that this is NOT a free translation service.
We reserve the right to reject submissions."
I'd put that at the top of the list.
4. Emails from the 'new examples' form should have a different
email subject line if possible.
