Well, quite possibly.  The alternative being that it's from some
manga/anime/game, like the following pulled off the web:

仲魔も合体とか理解できれば超ハマル。下手したら一日中合体してんじゃない
のって感じでしょうか。

Manga/Anime/Games are notorious for using dialects (and pseudo-dialects)
so I tend to think that's the more likely this time.
