Daijisen lists some of the conjugations and they don't seem to match.  
For example.
ござい‐ま・す【御座います】

There's no real matching going on here, but the general conjugation  
pattern seems to be:
せ（さ、し）・し・す・す・せ（すれ）・せ（し）


For comparison:

為る（する）is:
し（せ、さ）・し・する・する・すれ・しろ（せよ）

v4s is:
さ・し・す・す・せ・せ

v5s is:
さ（そ）・し・す・す・せ・せ

It seems closest to v4s (in which case, "v4s-s" might be appropriate)  
or an abbreviated version of する (in which case, "vs-a" might  
be appropriate), but 動サ特活 might in fact just be a kind of  
grab-bag for random -す verbs that don't fit into any other  
category (in which case, any tag would seem to do, or the vs-s or vs- 
i tags could be extended to include it).
