You more-or-less get that with the Translate Words function of WWWJDIC:
http://www.csse.monash.edu.au/~jwb/cgi-bin/wwwjdic.cgi?9T
For example, I just put in:
And it responded:
Wakatori (s) NA
Waremokou (g) NA
That told me what I wanted to know. (若鳥 and 吾亦紅 are variants of existing
JMdict entries.)

In fact I don't use WWWJDIC for this purpose, as I keep my old
xjdic running in a kterm window, and I only have to paste a word into it
to get back its matches (if any) in a heap of files.
As Paul pointed out, local solutions to your requirements are probably better
than a WWW one.
Cheers
