Well, I burnt an hour or so on it, and it's done. We now have:

- radkfile - the original JIS208 as used by WWWJDIC etc.
- radkfile2 - the new one with JIS212 kanji
- radkfilex - the combo with both JIS208 and JIS212 kanji

A sample from radkfilex:

$ 麻 11
摩磨魔麻???嘛?麾糜縻靡?????蘑蘼?

In other words these 21 kanji contain the 麻 shape (13 are from JIS208 and 8
from JIS212.)

These are all the the kradzip.zip file on the Monash ftp site.
