I never documented them, because they were so few, and I was hoping some
more might appear.

The guy who sent them to me said:
"I finally found the time to create a dictionary list
based on Ans Kobashi-Schoot & Yasuaki Kobashi's list
(http://member.nifty.ne.jp/highway/holland/njdic.htm)
ready for insertion into Jim Breen's JMdict ..."
