Fixed.

About the only editing I can do this week. It turns out the "Internet point"
advertised in my hotel room in Tokyo is a phone point. I am using a
free PC in the
lobby, but I can't get shell access to Monash which will properly engage a
Japanese text editor, so I'm stymied for a while.
