How many domains do you have? Is the file fully populated?

Very interesting. And you are able to add these dynamically to the database?

You have both 植物 and 植物学 as domains? (Is 甜菜 really read 
さとうだいこん?)

Yes, hypernym/hyponym linking is great, and something we should allow for
in the database and onward into the XML edition. It's a LOT of working
adding that info, unless we can find sources to use.
