Feedback on entry/amendments

Hi All,

In case anyone missed it, *all* the feedback I am doing now on 
submissions is going in the daily collection in the 
http://www.csse.monash.edu.au/~jwb/dicsubs/ directory.  Many of you
are obviously tracking it, but some may have not noticed.

I have also added the generation of a list of headwords appearing
in submissions with links to the the submission itself. This page,
which is generated daily, might make it a bit easier to find things
as the batches build up. It's called list_of_words.html  and is the
first file in the directory.

It's all a bit kludgy, but seems to work OK. The volume of submissions
is rising. The last 4 days have seen 45, 60, 56 and 32. I'm sure looking
forward to devolved editing.
