Re: [edict-jmdict] bad entries in submissions

Hi all,

Just back after a couple of days in the country.

[Ben Bullock ([edict-jmdict] bad entries in submissions) writes:]

Hmmm. Already an entry from long ago:

合成樹脂 (ごうせいじゅし) (n) plastics; synthetic resins

I've removed the "new" one.

>> 強火

That was an amendment, adding to:

強火 (つよび) (n) high flame or heat (in cooking)

The amendment was to change it (add?) to "warm air from air conditioner".
No refs were given. This change is not supported by any of my references.

The "new" ones only get tacked on to the WWWJDIC version of EDICT, and
display with a warning sign. Amendments are only visible in the submissions
pages, until I can apply them.

Roll on the full database   8-)}
