Yep. I can get that from sorting kanjidic by radical and stroke count.

I think Macs have had Unicode internals since the start of OSX.

Different. And probably less useful. radkfile is based what you *see*.
Radicals are not always that obvious, and in the case of some simplifications,
lost altogether. Also, aren't the "Mac's internals" just the indexing 
radicals?

U9578 is in the New Nelson. It's #6380.

Staying with U9578 (sorry, my mail editor can only do JIS208), it's
a radical with precious few kanji indexed by it. In fact from the 
12,000-odd JIS208/212 kanji only three (all in JIS212) have it as their
indexing radical (itself, U9579 and U957e).  It appears in 肆 looking 
like the radical, but actually 肆 is indexed on 聿. In radkfile it's
indexed by 長, 聿 and 厶.
