"sens" tag working.

I have put the "sens" (<misc>) tag into operation, and changed the
markings on the PC entries Rene has flagged. They look OK as far as I
can see.

Adding such a tag is a bit of a chore a present as I have to put it
into several places including the DTD and the documentation. It will
be worth automating at some stage.

The TODO list at the foot of
http://www.csse.monash.edu.au/~jwb/edictwishlist.html   has been
updated.
