How to classify kokuji in kanjidic2.xml

At the moment there is stuff like this in kanjidic2.xml:
<literal>込</literal> (that is "komu" from moushikomu in case the
encodings go wrong).
<meaning>(kokuji)</meaning>
<meaning m_lang="pt">(kokuji)</meaning>

First of all, I don't see the need to register a separate Portuguese
entry for this "meaning". The Spanish meanings don't seem to have
inherited the "kokuji" line.

Furthermore, would it not be more logical and simpler to have a
classification for kokuji in the <misc> section rather than putting
this bogus thing into the <meaning> section?
