I thought Chris Ceyka was on this list and would offer the system he
started to develop a few years ago. Since he kept silent I called him. I
have read to him your thumbnail sketch and he said his system is
doing/was planned to do all these things. It is written in PHP with
MySQL. He has not touched it since years and there are still some
problems to be solved, but he said he might consider taking it up again
if there is interest. I put him in copy so that you can get in contact.
