When I find these things I tend to the conservative: I only suggest
deletion for dups which are identical after correction of typos or
which are identical except for choice of kanji vs kana (in which case
I usually suggest going with whatever edict recommends about kana
usage). I don't suggest for deletion things which are essentially
the same but phrased differently (of which there can sometimes be
quite a lot).
